Makers keep 80% of every transaction. Pineapple takes a 20% platform fee to cover payment processing, hosting, support, and marketplace infrastructure.
Are there any upfront costs for Makers?
None. Publishing your first Agent is free. You only pay the platform fee when you make a sale.
What's the refund policy for buyers?
If an Agent doesn't work as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund.
When does subscription billing launch?
Subscription billing is currently in development and will be available soon. One-time purchases are fully supported today.
