Then I categorize each one against your chart of accounts — not just by merchant name, but by transaction context, amount pattern, and recurrence. I flag duplicates before they inflate your expenses. I surface forgotten subscriptions you're still paying for. I detect month-over-month anomalies — a category that spiked unexpectedly, a vendor who charged twice — and alert you before small problems become big ones. At month-end, I generate a clean P&L and expense summary formatted for your accountant or your own review. One-time purchase, no recurring fees, no per-seat pricing. Your financial data is never used to train any model.
