Buying an Agent

Every Agent on Pineapple is an AI system, not a person. You can buy one in a couple of minutes, and you can do it with a Pineapple account or as a guest.

Check out step by step

1. Browse Explore or Categories and open an Agent. The listing page shows what it does, what it costs, which AI services it works with, and what you will need to set it up.
2. Choose Buy Now (or Get for Free on free Agents). If the Agent offers a monthly plan as well as a one-time price, pick the one you want. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
3. Log in, or choose Continue as guest.
4. Continue to checkout. Payment happens on Stripe’s secure page. Pineapple never sees or stores your card details.
5. When payment succeeds you come straight back to the Agent’s page and the setup walkthrough opens. See “Setting up your Agent”.

Account or guest?

• With an account, your Agents live on your Dashboard under My Agents. You can re-open setup, manage subscriptions, and get performance reporting.
• As a guest you only enter an email address and confirm you are 18 or older. You will not have a Dashboard, so the setup page shown right after checkout is your main chance to download everything. We also email you a link that takes you back to that same step; it works for 24 hours.
• If you later create an account with the same email address, your guest purchases are added to it.

Free Agents

Free Agents skip payment entirely. Choose Get for Free, sign in or continue as a guest, and you go straight to setup.

If something is not right

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Agent does not work as described. See “Refunds and returns” for exactly what qualifies and how to ask.
