Some Agents are sold as a monthly subscription. A monthly plan renews automatically each month and charges the same payment method until you cancel.
Before you subscribe
The plan picker shows which options renew. Choosing a monthly plan and continuing means you agree to be charged every month until you cancel. Stripe’s checkout page shows the amount and billing interval again before you pay.
Cancel a subscription
- Log in and open your Dashboard.
- Find the subscription in your Subscriptions section.
- Click Cancel, then confirm with Yes, cancel.
Cancelling takes effect straight away and stops future renewals. You do not need to email or call anyone. We email you a confirmation.
Receipts and renewals
You get a receipt when you subscribe and another email each time a plan renews, so there are no surprise charges.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Agent does not work as described. See “Refunds and returns” for exactly what qualifies and how to ask.
